where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Canada, and the United States only.

how long can my soil be stored for?
Our zip lock sealed bags are guaranteed to keep your soil fresh upon arrival, and depending upon your space, it will remain its freshness for up to a six months. We also recommend storing in a cool dry area and remember to reseal the bags.
how long does your leaf shine last?
Our leaf shine’s shelf life is up to 8 months. Best to be stored in a cool dry area for a better life span. Ensure to keep out of direct sunlight.
why is my bag producing condensation?
Natural condensation will occur in warm conditions.
shipping?
Orders ship within 2-4 business days from ordering, and usually take up to 2-14 days to arrive via Canada Post, depending on your ship to address.
how can i track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Your tracking number typically takes up to 24-48 hours to show status online.
are the bags reusable?
Definitely! We recommend wiping out the bags clean and using them at your discretion. Food is not recommended to use in the bags.
do you offer returns or exchanges?
Please contact us if you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Photos will also be requested so that we can see the state of your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, you must also submit a claim with Canada Post. Please be sure to provide us with claim information prior to emailing us to remedy the situation. Your order number will also be required.
